At Falak Asim, every piece is meticulously handcrafted to ensure quality and precision. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you with an exchange.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

• Exchange is only applicable if the product received has a manufacturing defect or fault from our end.
  
• The product must be unused, with price tags attached, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
  
• Complaints must be made within 24 hours of product delivery.
  
• Exchange will be processed within 7–10 days after approval.
  

Exchange Not Applicable In The Following Cases:

• Exchange request made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Product damaged due to wear and tear.
• Product has been tampered.
• Missing components such as price tags, labels, packaging, freebies, or accessories.
• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
• Incorrect size ordered — as we operate in limited stock batches, we cannot exchange items due to size issues.
• (Please consult our size chart carefully before placing an order.)
• Color or texture variation due to different device screens and photoshoot lighting.
• (Slight variations are not valid grounds for exchange.)
